Cancellation policy

VictoryXR offers software licenses and digital subscription products that may renew on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on the option selected at checkout.

Customers may cancel a subscription at any time prior to the next renewal date. Upon cancellation, access to the licensed software will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after the cancellation takes effect.

Payments already processed are non-refundable, and cancellations do not result in prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

To request a cancellation or make changes to a subscription, customers should contact VictoryXR support at support@victoryxr.com or through the Contact Us page on our website. Cancellations are typically processed within one business day.

One-time purchases, setup fees, and digital content purchases are not eligible for cancellation or refund once access has been granted.
