Introduction to Viral Video Production

Learn how to go viral from Viral TikTok Star: Nicki Baber! This online course will take place in both web conferencing platforms and Virtual Reality (VR Headset not required - PC and Mac Apps available).

In this course, students will:

• Discover the essential elements that make videos go viral
• Master the art of storytelling for the web and mobile
• Master every step of content creation
• Earn their Certificate in Viral Video Production

This project-based, experiential, synchronous learning module covers the technical, aesthetic, psychological, and commercial principles of creating and producing content that has the potential to go viral. Students will learn the art and business of creating and producing web video content. They will develop basic expertise in content ideation, creation, and production by creating and producing a video or web series pilot with viral potential. Learn the proven formula behind how to produce original share-worthy content. Understand the pain points of your target audience, play to their emotions, and produce with purpose.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, a video is worth a million. Videos establish trust by putting a face and voice to your personal brand and giving people a better sense of who you are. In this module, students will learn the techniques, strategies, and history of viral video and how to manage their time and resources to become successful content creators.

The virtual reality portion of this course will happen in the VXRLabs App - registration includes a 3-month subscription to VictoryXRLabs immersive educational software.
